I don't care either way but if the government was smart, they'd legalize it and sell it like cigarettes i.e. tax the shit out of it.

Legalization for recreational use will likely pass in California this year. Should be a huge boost to taxes and a big step to eventually being legal federally.

I believe it should be legal for recreational use even though I will not use it.
Sell it like cigarettes (tax the shit out of it) and create a subset of laws similar to alcohol for people who drive while high.

Simply put, to me it doesn't really matter people will get what they want legally or illegally it's always gonna be that way so the best way is to let it be.

It kind of like cigarettes, where it can get addicted after just the first use. To me, i think its personally wrong to use it. (unless for medical reasons.) However, if they so chose to smoke it, so be it.
I strongly disagree with you.

Yes, taxes should regulate this market for sure, that's a big opportunity with countless working places. But that also means that the production quality should be high too. Personally I do not see anything wrong in recreational marijuana use. I live in a state where it's legal to grow and use it so thanks to my dad and this page I managed to install stealth grow box inside our basement to grow hemp.

Hey there! I'm new to the forum but I wanted to share my thoughts on legalizing marijuana for recreational use. I completely agree that it should be legalized and sold like cigarettes, with taxes regulating the market and creating more job opportunities.
Of course, it's important to ensure high-quality production standards and create laws for driving while under the influence, just like with alcohol. But overall, I don't see anything wrong with recreational marijuana use as long as it's done responsibly. You can read more about it at https://www.mindbodygreen.com/articles/heres-what-makes-this-200-year-old-heirloom-best-cbd-for-relief/ and see for yourself. It helps to find some relief for many aches or pains.
