Hi all,
What do you do for help with stress? I know some people run, some do yoga, just wondering if people have specific routines that can dial-in to help reduce stress on a daily level or for those occasional times when the stress has ramped up.
I don't want to workout until I'm exhausted... but I'm willing to put in a good amount of time if that's part of a routine.

Sadly its going away, but if you have an Xbox1 then check out the Mossa Fight workouts. Its pretty intense, and you feel like you went 10 rounds with a young Mike Tyson after it. Feels good, but you will be sore 48 hours later.

Stress is the reason I lift. 3-4 days a week. The difference between lifting and other workouts is that you are required to put a lot of focus on the barbell, resulting in an inability to think about anything else (i.e. mentalization at its very best). Not to mention the muscles I've built makes me feel hella good afterwards.
