Good Afternoon everyone,
I am looking at building a raid group for shadowlands that will be doing mythic level content. This is a preliminary post and as development continues I will update this post. I will have a few requirements and expectations since this is going to be a mythic level team. I will not require you to have multiple raid ready alts. However I expect you to have raid ready gear and knowledge to preform all your characters specs. This will require some research if you're not familiar with a spec for your class. I can also help. some more expectations are as followed:
Following the first reset on the second day of launch, you must complete all mythic dungeons every week. This will put us gear ready for Night one heroic runs when raid launches. (Normal will be done on your own time).
Tower of Torghast, (As alpha and beta progress I will keep an eye out for time gating with this this will be updated accordingly)
Research boss fights, I expect all members to watch videos on boss fights prior to raid. I will post videos for bosses as they come out.
I do not require you to take off time for Shadowlands. we all have a life. My expectation is that you hit 60 in the first week.
Having multiple toons raid ready to fill certain roles is a plus. I will not require it.
Understand when in mythic progression, if you are not preforming adequately mechanically, you will be replaced for the night. The expectation is that you watch a stream of the raid and familiarize yourself with the mechanic or mechanics that are tripping you up. If we hit a DPS wall, numbers will be looked over and you may be replaced.
Below is going to be the tentative roster. post in here or message me in discord if you are interested. I will accept anyone interested at the moment, but as the first few weeks of shadowlands winds down, I will be looking at progress.

My plan is to have a total of 26 players in the team. I want to look in guild first Raid times are tentative and will be posted closer to shadowlands launch when i discuss with those interested. I will need from the team people who will do crafting professions as the new legendaries will be crafted (atleast the base item) and I want all members to beable to get these inhouse without having to spend an arm and leg to get them.
Any questions feel free to shoot me a message. At the present moment the plan is to go horde on Mal'Ganis, but I will be willing to play alliance if that what the majority of the team is.
