I always have their application open and look it over before going on their profile. I like to recommend events and give out my IGN for games that we both play. Even if i don't play their main game such as D3 I recommend they check the forums for the events and TS for LFG!. hope that helps.

I think they mean with the questions that get asked of the new person initially, not how we respond to them.

So they are asking if we have input on new questions or changes to current questions.

I'm new here and just starting to write replies and doing my best to create conversations out of the introductions. I like the personality type tester and used it on mine but i haven't seen anyone else use it. Maybe instead of that we could use the types of random facebook tests like what is your spirit creature, what character are you from DBZ, or final fantasy, gaming oriented stuff too. For an instance, what is your favorite character? Information is all well and good but if we could make intros fun and less like a chore, kind of like kesems invterviews it would help a lot i think. Something everyone could relate to and would be a fun topic is, events, what events are coming up in someone's life. One of our intro's included a guy graduating soon, and another having a daughter soon. Food, movies, and books might be a bit dry but that's also something that we could include.

seriously though, I think it's a good idea to change these up and make it more personal or more silly/fun, depending on what the person filling it out wants to do. The idea [MENTION=36507]Fox[/MENTION] had (or brought back up) of having different themed templates for the members to use is a good one, we just need to figure out what to put in them. One that's incredibly random and silly would be nice, and one that's more hobby or sports oriented might be good too.
