Hi friends
Last year I gained about 15 pounds after a bad break up and haven't been able to lose it since. It came on slowly but I feel like I've gotten used to eating so much, but I don't feel like myself at all. So sluggish, uncomfortable in my clothes, self conscious. Feeling super deflated. So this is me putting this out there into the universe that this week I'm starting Kayla's high intensity program from week 1, and committing to getting into shape. I workout from home so it's hard to get the motivation, but here I am/ here we go. And we got this. I need a change, thanks in advance community for the support.

Self-consciousness is the awareness of being aware of oneself and others. Self-consciousness is often associated with the feeling of shame, guilt, embarrassment, and anxiety. In psychology, self-consciousness is defined as the degree to which people are concerned about their appearance, behavior, performance, or social status. Dog Horoscope 2023
