Hi friends
Last year I gained about 15 pounds after a bad break up and haven't been able to lose it since. It came on slowly but I feel like I've gotten used to eating so much, but I don't feel like myself at all. So sluggish, uncomfortable in my clothes, self conscious. Feeling super deflated. So this is me putting this out there into the universe that this week I'm starting Kayla's high intensity program from week 1, and committing to getting into shape. I workout from home so it's hard to get the motivation, but here I am/ here we go. And we got this. I need a change, thanks in advance community for the support.

Hey there.
I had the same issue last year after i had my surgery done. Got around 15kg in 3 months while recovering. Never been able to get rid off em. I just wanna falatten my stomach the rest im fine with it. Just keep your head up and you will make it :)
