Artifact changes
All good so far. All of the champs that were nerfed I didn't use so if anything it may bring champs like Batman a better chance to go toe to toe with more used champs. Still reading artifacts atm.

Modded gambit items got a huge boost. Marauder items got a boost. Over all huge win for me. 
Some item highlights
Raz's has been made super useful for tanks now.
Katana is harder to start with
Pandora's only has one charge unless modded
Logo's lost PD and increased will
Helm of fate does PA instead of AA and PD has been reducd (huge)
Atlanteans seal does more slow on single targets and less on area and has a mod thats actually increases these amounts by a useful amount now.
New item called Booster Gold's suit. AA and HP with CDR
Cheetah's claw is made even more worthless.
Joe chill's scales better and has mod for better potency.
Cosmic staff has been condensed into 3 tiers.
Death stroke is now just basic AD, AS item and mod gives key word now.
