Purpose:
-Fever recruits many members on a daily basis, yet many more become inactive and end up being removed from the clan. This can be due to lots of reasons including lack of interest, lack of activity, not finding a niche in our huge clan. To alleviate this issue, the Fever Retention Team was created to figure out how to retain members and keep them from leaving, analyze why people leave or stay, address the reasons by creating programs to tackle the issues, and create activities for members to remain active.
-The Members Activities section is specifically to create daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly, half-yearly, and annually activities to keep members active and interested in Fever. Activities such as retreats, quality assurance survey, and others will be lead by the Activities Team. So people can become integrated into the Fever Family.
-Members Activities Team is responsible for the execution and fruition of a three pronged project:
Administrative - Provide administrative support, for example reaching out to members who applied and never did interviews.
Program - Program activities to encourage people to be active and help reduce member loss.
Research - Conduct and provide reasons why people are leaving and how to address it.
Goals:
-Create sustainable, periodically held activities to increase involvement and interest.
-Promote events ahead of time to get a good number of attendance.
-Ultimately, lower the number of members who leave Fever.
-Log attendance, hopefully noticing an increase in participation especially from new and different people who usually don't attend
-Add programs that will enhance retaining members
-Analyze why people are leaving and what we can do to keep them
Expectations for Members Activities Team:
-Participation in threads. Especially pinned ones and ideas. As well as promotion.
-Participation in Life Thread leading and Moderating.
-Volunteer for at least one or two events per month.
-Contribute new ideas and/or provide feedback to address retention issues
Expectations from Team to Admins and Leads:
-Provide guidance to team and direction
-Assist with any questions regarding any event
-Lead multiple projects
-Make sure everyone has something to do and hold them accountable

So we may be asked or ask ourselves what is the Retention team and what do we do?
The Retention Team is in charge of retaining our members and helping them stay active in the forums and on Teamspeak. We will do this by coming up with ideas on how to help integrate our new members with the older members so they feel like part of the family. Also our team will be looking into problem areas of member loss. To do this, all members will be required to post insight on ideas, help integrate our new members, and also look into the statistics behind our member loss (hopefully the stats department can do most of that for us). Members will be required to post in our discussions at a biweekly bases and make at least two Teamspeak meetings a month (we will hold 2 a week??).
Is there a spot?
