eSports: LF Players Interested in Playing in a Pro CS:GO Team

Hello all!
I am Cyrus from the revamped Serenus E-Sports [Name pending, was a challenger series LoL team in Season 2/3]
I am currently hosting tryouts for all players who meet these four requirements and are interested in going pro in Counter Strike: Global Offensive.

-40 hr/week of playtime including practice and tournaments
-Minimum Rank of Supreme Master First Class
-Willing to dedicate your time towards maintaining a relationship with your teammates
-Will stay positive and understand that this team is being made from scratch

Other notes:

This team will be a sister team to a League of Legends team that is looking to join the next NACS Qualifiers.
This team will be spreading to other games as well in the future.
This team already has sponsors from multiple businesses and private investors.

I have never seen you guys in the Pro Scene. so how you just going to POP into being a pro team?
What are your guys records for ESEA Cevo? etc did you play Main? Invite?
just interested because i do meet the requirements. But i don't want to play 40 hours a week

We are currently branching to CS:GO and reviving the Serenus Organization. I do not believe Serenus has a past in CS:GO at all but we do have the contacts and money to make it possible.

Never heard of you in any games and jumping into a pro scene, you never ask for tryouts, you pick up an already set team that isn't sponsored, this is what happened to me when I was a top player in 1.6. Also you are basing your recruits on rank in servers that have nothing to do with skill and performance on a real competitive level, and asking for 40 hours a week is ridiculous, even pro teams don't have set hours and only play that much in boot camps. Plus the "private investors" sounds fishy as hell, who the fuck invests in a team that allegedly only has a amatuer LOL team and is being revamped to create a cs team....

Other than the previous experience in the League of Legends professional scene, I believe that I have given limited information for a good reason. I am looking for interest, and this is not the only place I am looking. 40 hrs/week is perfectly achievable by anyone who is striving to be professional, and is achieved by many players I already know. If you're questioning the legitimacy of my offer then you need to please refrain from even responding.

I can guarantee that my offer is legitimate. I can also guarantee that more information will be given to those who do pursue the offer.

Personally I agree with you, but this is just a few general questions made to let me understand your interest. A further and much more in depth analysis will come afterwards.
