Activity has been around 50/50 with RedHill and ThomMerlin doing awesome work. If those two keep it up I will recommend them for promotions.

I have sent out pms to all members of the team for the week of 2-8 I felt last week needed to get caught up but was pretty irrelevant, So I just used this weeks spreadsheet to get back on track.

Activity is finally getting where I want it. I also finally cut down on all the people who never participated in the department. I may need to send some pms out soon about the quality of the post, or the quality I should say, they are all posting great, but it seems some of the post are from the same base response, but adjusted a little to the specific introduction. I will keep an eye on this. Otherwise I could not be happier with the team I have.
