Ok team it is time to think up new Ideas for our team!!!! We need to make some work AND make members time here in Fever more enjoyable!!! Shoot out ANY ideas you can think of!!! Don't worry if your idea gets shot down, we need them to go through so we can make some good plans!!! So lets hear about it, what have you been thinking of that we can do?

guess so, there's a permission break in that the welcome department can see the member activities team, but ideas are ideas, so go crazy.

This would be something for TS but a way to let people know how new a member so have like the FNG shield. Also if some one has been around for a long time that would be good to.

The reason for this is i try and make a habit of hanging out with new members, i know rank will signify a little if some one is new (mainly the PVT rank) but there are a lot of LCPL's and CPL's that have only been here for a few weeks and vice versa some have been here for months.

Also i think when some one is two or three weeks old with the clan is our main opportunity to get them to stay with us.

I think we would run into the issue of people not liking getting "Singled out" per say. us saying HEY HES NEW. now we know, we welcome new people with arms wide open but some might not like being labeled "The new guy/gal" Its a decent idea. I just think we may run into some issues with it :/

Another thing, As far as i know, Adding icons next to names is kind of very reserved privelage for Pro members, officers, generals, leaders, etc. and of course guests

Whats anybody elses opinion on this?

Well I did not want to say this because i am not an officer yet, but we should put more responsibility on the low ranking officers you get a platoon your judged by how many players stay then looked at favorably by how many players get promoted.

To me a true leader is judged by his victory's right

Well I did not want to say this because i am not an officer yet, but we should put more responsibility on the low ranking officers you get a platoon your judged by how many players stay then looked at favorably by how many players get promoted.

The issue i see with this is, We as CO's and XO's have absolutely NO control over our platoon members real lives, what they want to do within Fever and if they even want to get promoted, not everybody is here to get promoted. We are a clan founded on gaming and having fun meeting peoples. Those that choose to pursue promotions and the officer rank are doing it because their love for Fever and wanting to see it grow. I couldn't go force my members to be more active and to get more ranks so i look better. An officers job is judged by their quality of work as any other fever member who chooses to pick up a job for the better of the clan.


On another note, This thread is ideas for the Members activities team, We love the ideas, however your idea didn't really fall under what we do. At least in my opinion. Not a biggie though.

Thats why i said (first) how long they stay with us and (second) looked at favorably by how many players get promoted. Players should stay and have fun also players who want to help grow should be recognized for there work. We have an opportunity as a team to look at this objectively and try to hammer out all the kinks at one time.
