...who are interested in helping me revive the SMITE Weekly Newsletter. Let me know if you are available to write 1 article a week (200 words, more if you are able) on any of the following topics related to the game;
Patch Notes Updates; a summary, and short analysis of one aspect of the patch (new god, new meta, new items etc...) It can be longer or shorter depending on the content of that week's patch.
Weekly tournament summary; A recap of winners/losers of the weekly Tournaments broadcast on twitch.tv/smitegame . At minimum, this would have to recap the finals of the Euro and North American tournament (NA on Saturday EU on Sunday) At most, if you can interview a team member from either team,that would be FANTASTIC!
If you are artistic and want to contribute a comic/art piece/ anything on a weekly basis related to SMITE that would be great as well!
"State of the Meta" or "God picks/build of the Week".
I will be editing and helping any volunteers with their writing if you should need it. I have a bachelors in Journalism with a Specialization in Broadcast but I have edited and written countless pieces and am looking to help any fledgling writers develop their skills while practicing a hobby (games and writing!) that we love.
There are no limit to the number of contributors and you don't need to submit EVERY week, but anyone who can make the commitment is very welcome!
Let me know guys, let's get this thing going!

We didn't always have the time to develop the details but we wanted to get a good base going. Timing was an issue, but now I will have much more time to organize.
If you want to do in depth analysis of patch notes, I'm all for it.
