Hi all,
I finally convinced myself to play a normal conquest but the only role left was mid/mage (others locked in immediately...).
I was utterly crushed partly because I really didn't know how to play mid and/or mage.
Do you guys have any suggestions for the easiest 5 god/role combinations for beginners to practice first?
I think Neith/ADC looks easy enough for instance.
Thanks!

Support- Ymir or Athena
Mid- Poseidon
ADC- Neith
Solo- Herc or Chaac
Jungle- Thor
These are just the easiest to play in the different roles in my opinion. You really just need to dive in and start using gods. I might think one god is the hardest to play in the game while for you it might be the easiest. Whatever you like and play best are going to be the easiest gods for you. But Try out that list about and see if those aren't some that you like.

Hmm... these are in my opinion the easiest gods to learn in their respective roles:
Mid: Ra, Kukulkan
Solo: Ra (if you want a mage), He Bo(very straight forward kit, but he is a bit tricky to use against certain gods), Hercules (if you want a warrior)
Jungle: Mercury, Thor (Both their kits are easy to learn, very straight forward.)
ADC: Neith
Support: Ymir (While the kit has some twists to it, it isn't hard to grasp it. And his play style is simple, 2 the minions then 3 the gods, and wall them off.)
DrivenRage while i agree posiedon isn't really that hard to play, but the traditional posiedon play style is very easily countered and therefore in order to pull him off you need much more experience with the turns and twists of the game. Chaac is the same.
Spinl0ck i have a couple of videos on youtube, a guide for mid and a guide for jungle. they cover the basics and some higher play level tips :3

True but there're 60+ gods and they almost all look as hard to me to be honest. You really just need to dive in and start using gods.
Thanks for the pointers!

Shhh dont listen to Krat :nerr:
Just kidding. Pick a god and go in practice jungle first so you can find out what the gods abilities do and which to level first as you play

I will like to point out that herc can be tricky to use as well unless you practice him his knock up is hard to hit when the other guys are moving about. The rest people have mentioned work but as Driven said practice with a new God in the Jungle and even in co op matches before you take them up against other people. Also I would like to say that Guardian wise personally I don't think Ares is that hard to pick up his 1 can be hard to land at times but if you get in the middle of his enemies and use his 4 if the other team does not have bead or a decent escape well. It can be fun y for you and your team.

Don't bother learning yet. Wait for the new map!
I played a few practice games on PTS but I guess the basics won't change that much don't you think?
