days on which it will occur: having two names to this will be helpful. Fever get away being the bi-weekly and Fever Retreat being the quarterly one that has (hopefully) great prizes and more attendants. I would like our first Fever Get away to be on the 27th. And with the retreat Having it on 7/11 then we could have the next either 9/5 or 10/3. Also Idea of having the Fever Get away's with a Na and EU host is still in progress.
Prizes:
For showing up to either of them: coins! It would be nice to get an award for this maby in the future if we can really get it going!
Fever Get away: Coins
Fever Retreat: Coins/ Games!!!!
Host responsibility's: Logging everyone that shows up for at least 20 (this number is up for discussion) mins for participation award! planning out the games and contest for the next get away and keeping the get away under control and organized! (the more it flows and the lower the kinks the more fun it will seem to everyone!) Must judge during the competitions! Logging the top 3 winners of the competition! Getting with a coin admin to figure out how much each event how many coins each person will get before hand!
What will happen during the Event:
Start off by playing an awkward get to know game! Like everyone says something about themselves (the host can chose what that is)! (estimated time: 15- 45 mins based on number of attendants)
Next event will be a mini game that the host prepares using a browser game from a normally trusted site! (make it short it could be poker it could be some kind of browser hokey, anything that could be fun! Make sure the games can hold more people than expected or games that can have multiple rooms but people wont want to separate. (estimated time 20 - 45 mins based on overall members enjoying it)
Break: 10 min break to let anyone go to the bathroom or do anything important during this time before the contest!
Then a major contest: This contest will be thought up and approved by me, kesem, or maverick (or all three of us) before the event. Good ones being an art contest where everyone has 20 -30 mins to take a picture we give them and change it/ modify it however they like, the host then takes two other members that decided to be judges and judges the top three pics for prizes! or it could be funniest joke contest with judges (that can not be in the contest) (estimated time: 45 mins - 1.5 hours to explain rules have the contest then judge the contest)
Another browser game or the same one IF everyone was having a lot of fun with it. But recommended to use another predetermined game. (20 - 45 mins)
The ending of the getaway would happen here with the host thanking everyone For taking the time out of their day to spend it with other members and making the time so much Fun! Telling the members remaining when the next get away/ retreat Is happening! This will be when they log who showed up and who won what prize.
I was thinking to have the video night start here if possible to keep this going. Since we would already have everyone together and enjoying themselves the video night would be awesome to just continue the fun! The video night host would relieve the get away host and take over! (estimated time of this 2-4 hours based on members enjoying the content!)
I am sure quite a few things of this will be changed and I am fine with that this is just a rough draft so we can look over it and make the changes!

I don't think we should do a picture editing based contest, honestly. Not everybody knows how to edit pictures/ The funniest joke would be a cool one, OR find the funniest youtube video under one minute, or something along those lines. Something that everybody will be able to accomplish in a fair manner.

Ok with the recent week not kicking off the get aways I would like to postpone the retreat until the get away kicks off a bit so retreat will happen next quarter. Also after careful consideration I have found that it might be easier to have the na and eu get away's be on different weeks making it weekly but during different time's and with different hosts. The next get away will be sat the 11th being the EU If you need anything else to start this spowart let me know. what do you guys think about this let me know your thoughts!
