After hearing the pitch from kesem and izzo about the talent show I decided since the attempt to plan it fell apart, lets tweak it!
Here is the run down during march madness (we do this for the whole month) we plan a new show each week and bring in new contestants each week (number depends on signs ups). We will have a panel of 4 judges who will record Tiny chat or skype with web cam required for the show. The Contestants can do anything they want either live or you can prerecord it and set it up on you tube it can be as simple as someone juggling, singing, or making a comedy sketch. We will take a winner from each week via forum Poll vote and from judges (open to discussion here) so that would be 2 from each week and then have a finale where they all make another sketch or video. The overall winner is judged by a forum poll vote but the judges will still discuss each sketch (don't worry we will have a judge that is an ass!! [MENTION=1]Bogo[/MENTION]) The winner should get an award if i can pull that but obviously they will get a prize of some sort and runner up will also get a prize. When we do this I would like the spotlight to enter into a special "got talent edition" where the winner of the previous week is put on the spotlight with the questions focused more on the show and future sketch. The spot light would change every week during this time.
