I understand there is still much to be done to respectful assignments, I am asking for an update to everything that you are doing in your respect projects. I would also like a Plan of action listed for your respected projects listed in the Research and Development. There is already ones listed for Mentorship Program and the Fever Got Talent. I will Need one for the Forum Games and Fever Movie Night. Please look at this thread for a format of what I am looking for.

Everyone so far here has been doing a good job and need to keep it up. Furthermore, we need keep on track on our assignments. We also need to come up with our next event soon so we can kee on pace with our goals as a department. I will be starting to come up with a set of Guidelines to make this a successful department and we are going to start reorganizing some of the procedures we do here. It will be a difficult transition, however it will be much better and organized then before. If you have any questions please post them here.

Forum games are a bit too simple for a large and sophisticated analysis and overall goal in terms of that format, lol.

Hey guys any new news on your repective projects. We need to keep workin on these.

[MENTION=26029]Snailey[/MENTION] I'm still considering whether or not this Fevers got talent project is something that should be turned into a "minisode" or video type project. I'd like to get some more opinions from some of the people who would have direct involvement in this project.

Basically put, making this project leave the forums and go to a video means giving the project off to someone else. I'd be fine with that, but if that person failed to produce the content, it would be something that would derail the entire project, and I don't want to see that happen.

That issue aside, there isn't much more to work on. This kind of seems to be my biggest hurdle. What I'll do for now is, draw up a plan for both a forum laden FGT (we got to rename this I just now saw how this abbreviation might offend some of our members) And I will try to draw up a plan like you said before (draw up something assuming the sky is the limit and I have all the resources I could ask for)

By overlap what are you meaning exactly? As in one mentor getting to many mentees or one mentee being assigned to multiple mentors? Just for some clarification.

On Fevers got talent, i like the idea of having it be producation oriented, but that is going to require a whole crap ton of work, and well...how many people do we think will watch it?
