Lag isn't usually bad at all, it's match making when partied up that's a bitch. By myself I usually find matches in under 30 seconds, but even being grouped up with just one additional person always has matchmaking that takes several minutes. When with a full party (between six and nine depending on what your playing) finding another team to play against usually takes five or ten minutes.
