  • Congrats on the rank-up! Well deserved!
Thank you for being so active in the D3 community; we have noticed and we appreciate your time and commitment!
It comes and goes honestly. Some nights I get absolutely the worst drops you can possibly imagine (Items my class can't even use) and other nights I feel like I get 4-5 upgrades. But since you're just starting out you'll find a floodgate of gear pretty quickly.
Well I haven't really played much in groups lately but from my understanding it's typically 1 support/puller character and 3 DPS per group. Monks and Demon Hunters work as pulllers as do barbs but much beyond that I'd probably be giving you bad Intel. But if you hop on to the TS channels I'm sure there are way more experienced folks there that can tell you all about normal mode group composition. Sorry I couldn't be more help.

Wow that's some impressive progress for only 3 days of play. Hardcore players are definitely a cut above the rest. The gameplay style is completely different from that of normal mode. You have to really evaluate every change and can't just focus on cranking up your damage. Taking it slow is definitely how you wanna do it. I made a HC character with my wife a few weeks ago before season 6 just to warm up on and we got to like paragon 110 or so before I died. We were tearing up torment 6 and we figured we could handle 8. Wrong. I died to the first elite pack in the first rift. Ah well. Lessons learned.

I have always been a fan of the Monk class. Not entirely sure why but it's through all games including Final Fantasy series and WoW.

For my vanity stuff I have found a few of the pets as well as the Falcon wings which are pretty cool. I'm trying to help my wife get the butterfly wings but no such luck just yet.

I think folks tend to prefer normal over hardcore because there is less risk involved so they can be more willing to push themselves. Also dying to something like a lag spike can be a horrible experience to know that you did nothing wrong and you lose all that work. But I will say that playing HC definitely made me a better normal mode player though. Because you have to pay attention to every little detail in HC and you just kinda carry that back with you to Normal.

I'm glad that you found some HC players to drop in with here at fever. I know that HC players are fairly hard to find but I'm sure once you guys find em and you're all up to speed you're gonna be tearing up those Leaderboards.
Welcome to Fever! I read your application and saw you play some D3. I do too! I haven't had a chance to properly start this season, but I have managed to at least get some gear and lvls. Are you playing this season? If so what class did you start out with? Feel free to add me in game, Dammy#1475 I'm always looking for new friends to game with. Anyways, once again welcome to the clan, and if you have any questions give me a shout. Look forward to seeing you around!
Hey there Dalgon and welcome to Fever! I hope that you enjoy your time here. I see on your profile that you play Diablo. What did you decide to play for Season 6? I went with Demon Hunter personally. Decided to use the Unhallowed Essence build to see what I could do. So far I've gotten to like GR 65. How about you? How has your season been going? Found any of the cool vanity items or pets?

Well that's about it for now. If you have any questions please feel free to contact any officer or if none of them are available I'm sure that any member will be happy to help you out.
