I took Java class and didn't understand much about that but after a year or so I started doing some PHP stuff and learning from doing some projects and learned how to do those things while doing it.
Just learn learn syntax of some language. I would recommend Python for beginners. Check out codecademy.com it's very easy way to learn the syntax. Once you are done with it pick something to code that you are interested in learn how to code it. And remember if you run into any problems, PM me and I'll help you out

A. This is perfectly normal if no one's streaming anything. However if you know something's being streamed and you still keep buffering, try refreshing the webpage. If that doesn't help make sure you have the available bandwidth you need to play the stream. (Typically 2 mbit.)
