There is no ability to "Roll back" characters or nor can we restore items, currency on your account if your account gets compromised.
You probably should change the Email address associated with your account as someone in China knows that your account loggin is: ***********.com - You don't have to change your email if you wish. This course of action is up to you. Please let us know if you want the Email address changed. If you do - please provide your Guild Wars 2 Serial key.
If you are receiving notifications of attempted password resets that you did not request, please do not click any links in those messages and disregard them.
